Christian Butler Whitt
Christian Butler, MS LMFT 106069 Clinical Director

Christian recieved his MS in Behavioral Counseling from California Baptist University. He has worked at BCBH for more than 9 years and aims to serve others and provide hope to those consumed by doubt, fear, and confusion. Christian enjoys spending time with his family and is a sports fanatic with his favorite teams being the Dodgers, Bears, and Celtics.

Danielle Dawson
Danielle Dawson, MA AMFT Therapist

Dani's favorite part of working at BCBH is our loving, supportive, and welcoming environment. She appreciates that fellow staff members strive to help every client wholeheartedly are similarly passionate about recovery. Her hobbies include softball, weightlifting, and binge watching horror movies. Dani strongly believes in acting with integrity and demonstrating core values through everyday living.

Greg Shelton
Greg Shelton, CAADC II Case Manager

Greg participates in his purpose by teaching the foundational message of self-honesty. With a sobriety date of 9/4/2003, Greg has been a model of integrity in the recovery community. He appreciates the opportunity to act as an example and encourage men to grow into their purpose. The fellowship and family vibe at BCBH help keep him motivated.

Mark Jenkins
Mark Jenkins Case Manager

As a member of the recovery fellowship himself, Mark values the family atmosphere provided at BCBH. He appreciates the positive environment here which makes it easy to come into work. His position as a case manager presents the opportunity to share with and learn from others. Originally from a ski town in Colorado, his hobbies include watching and playing sports.

Tyler Riney
Tyler Riney, CADC Case Manager

Tyler pours his heart and soul into his work, and he takes pride in working with individuals who do the same. The recovery fellowship has given him a direction in life, and his goal is to help men fulfill their unique purpose in life. Tyler enjoys outdoor activities including camping, hiking, competitive golf, and spending time with his fiancee Juliette and Blue Heeler Kodi. He was also a professional guitarist and singer for several years.

Jay Viola
Jay Viola Housing Director

Originally from Boston, Jay's most important value in recovery is to proceed with integrity and always stay true to his word. He enjoys helping clients recognize and fulfill their true potential. Jay does this by "walking the walk" and modeling integrity through his own actions. He also works as a professional MMA fighter, rides a Harley in his free time, and is the proud owner of a dog named Storm.

Zach Fielding
Zach Fielding Admissions & Outreach

Zach went to treatment and got sober at 19 years old. His hobbies include dirtbike riding, working out, and dining out with friends. Zach's favorite aspect of working at Blue Coast is our camaraderie, family atmosphere, and how all staff works together to help serve clients. Zach appreciates the unique feeling of being excited to come to work, and he strives every day to live the recovery lifestyle to its fullest.

David Clymer
Dave Clymer Support Staff

David works on our team as a support staff and driver. David has been sober for 11 years and his commitment to the 12 steps and 12 traditions has established a foundation in life that he eagerly shares with others. David enjoys extreme sports, online simulated Indy car racing, and fitness activities. David also enjoys creating activities and events for newcomers to participate in so they can experience the joys of sobriety.

Paul Garcia
Paul Garcia Admissions & Outreach

Paul has been with our company since 2013 and has a sobriety date of 4/14/2010. His favorite pastimes are spending time with family, playing soccer, and working out. Paul believes the best part of working in recovery is witnessing the positive transformation in the lives of the clients we serve. With a strong emphasis on personal honesty, Paul feels that a life without integrity is a life without recovery.
